I assume this happens in all cases, but it happened to me during Teams editing. The popup window shows a list of Collections which is bigger than can fit. Scrolling allows more to be seen. On a MacBook Pro running in Chrome, there is no indication that the dialog is scrollable. If you hover over it and scroll with 2 fingers, the scroll tool appears, but in my case I wasn’t aware that there were hidden options below the last one visible in my dialog box.
