How to grab a box...

Hi,
so I have a d3 boxplot and I would like to rearrange it by dragging the boxes to the right place and let it to self-arrange again.
Do you have any suggestion how to start? I check the existing notebooks out, but nothing close enough (for me).

The collection of notebooks D3 / Observable gives a lot of examples on how to drag an element. Maybe there is an example that corresponds to your case.
