Bug: Non-public notebooks have relative dates

In my notebooks list all private and shared notebooks have relative dates, creating a wild mix of date formats:

Also, please make relative dates optional and/or restrict them to a sensible range (e.g. 1 week). I don’t want to have to hover over “1 month ago” to learn the exact date.

++. Having the year listed even for dates this year is also helpful.

If you want to make dates easier to read (and possibly make some Americans angry) try 28 Jun 2019 as a format.

Thanks for posting about this @mootari. I’ve pushed an update that — across the board — should format dates in listings consistently, restrict relative dates to within a week, and include years in dates that are more than six months ago.

If you notice any other wonkiness in our date formatting, please let us know.
