For ProTeams, and I would like to have back the option to version-release so that edits to a public unlisted notebook aren’t forced to be live. this sort of built-in versioning (and even if there were user-level publish permissions for teams and enterprise) would–in my view–be a great UI advantage over free teams that’s worth paying for.
Also a consideration: I like the language ‘publish unlisted’ better than ‘Public (unlisted)’ for private notebooks (and maybe would like the option for both distribution formats if paying).
