I was working on a notebook just now, making frequent small edits as usual, when suddently I was presented with an hours-old version of the notebook — apparently losing the last 1 or 2 hours worth of changes.
I’ve never experienced this before, and was definitely not messing around in the notebook’s Version History tab when this happened.
Any ideas about what happened / how I can recover my recent edits?
I was able to recreate the missing edits fairly easily, so it’s not an urgent problem for me. But the issue itself was definitely surprising.
Sorry to hear you’ve had issues. I’d would be happy to look into this for you and see what happened. Although you now have recreated the missing code, I could try to dive into what may have cause the problem.
