Clicking again just refreshes that same page.
Side question: how are my forks that have been shared but not published displayed? Are they counted in the “N forks” text at the top of the original notebook just for me?
Side answer: If you’re logged in, the forks listing is personalized to you, so it can include private and shared notebooks. The fork count shown at the top of a notebook is likewise personalized to you.
