chrome version 80 has problems with prefetch-src

i just updated chrome to version 80 (i think from version 76, but not 100% sure) and it is not possible to access observable.

Edit: Ok sorry for that. The mistake was on my part due to a browser extension. I just leave it here in case anyone makes the same mistake.

Maybe mention the browser extension so people know that specific one has caused issues?
