observable plot: programmatic way to save a cell as PNG

I would like to save every day at 11pm this cell as PNG.

Is there some permalink like this one https://observablehq.com/embed/@user/my-notebook?cells=chart&type=png to access to it in PNG format?

Is there an API method?
