Nepal data management opportunity for later 2021

This is specific to those living in Nepal in 2021. I would really appreciate help to spread the word.

Please share names if you are or know Nepali people or speakers living in Nepal skilled in social information and data management. Short-term project will involve transforming unstructured table data from Excel, PDF, and MSWord into CSV and JSON formats. Data analysis done in JavaScript.

Please help encourage those capable in R and Python who can be enticed using Observable :wink: Women applicants encouraged.

Work would be mostly remote, but may require visitation to public offices in Kathmandu and Pokhara.
