Multiple tangled trees

I have been trying unsuccessfully to create multiple trees in one view from this example, and I realized that I definitely need help.

The presentation that I am trying to create should look something like this

, with two separate threes next to each other.

If you understand how to use the renderChart function in that notebook and simply want to display two charts side by side, you could construct an HTML element to hold and display two charts. You can find an example in this notebook. The result looks like so:
