Input bazaar request: synced inputs

It would be neat if @jashkenas’s awesome inputs at @jashkenas/inputs had easy support for mutating existing views, along the lines of @mbostock/mutating-views, that didn’t require writing any extra code to use, but just tossing in an extra parameter with the name of the view to use.
