I would like to hire someone to help me create a health data dashboard in Observable. I have in mind that the dashboard would be created with Observable Plot or D3.js. It would show multiple synchronized charts of time series data at once, and each chart could have its display toggled on or off. There would also be text annotations above the chart and icons inside the chart. The chart would allow navigating left and right or zooming in and out or changing the sampling rate of the data.
