create a medium kinda website but Observable notebook to write blogs

HI,
I am planning to set up team blog with React as frontend, Graphql as middleware and MongoDB as the backend. I want to use Observable notebooks so that users can write blog using that instead of a markdown editor. I was just wondering if that is even possible and if there are any tutorials available to do something similar?]
