I wanted to understand the difference between two investment strategies. In some years one was better; in other years the other was better. I wanted a holistic view.
I built a chart over all possible starting years. I also have a slider where one can customize number of years in portfolio; slider updates chart. Financial returns can vary greatly depending on starting year and portfolio length. This was a way to get a holistic overview of the data. Thanks for making this great platform.
