Anchors doesn't work correct.

So, i have a notebook with anchor. When i click on link with the anchor from the notebook it works as i expected - page move to the anchor cell, but when i go to this notebook by it link - after page load it stay at the top and don’t move to anchor cell.

I used anchor as a cell name and as md header name, but it’s absolutely doesn’t work.

I was guided by official post (second link). I saw the similar topics and in they tell, that i should use exactly cell name as anchor.
I would to understand how it works there.

What i missing or not understanding?

I suspect the issue is that you are linking to a shared notebook, rather than a published notebook.

Nope, problem still exist after notebook publishing. There is another published notebook with same problem.
