Allow displaying cells in a natural order (code first, result second)

Most people I know read from top to bottom, so sometimes I really wish Observable cells would show the code first and the result second. This would allow for a much more natural way of describing steps in a data analysis pipeline:

1. Markdown block that explains the motivation for the following code block
2. The code block
3. The result of that code block

I realize this is a pretty dramatic change, but maybe you can allow users to change the order in a notebooks settings.
