I am trying to see if Observable can be a platform for full on SPA-like applications. I built a tool using WebAudio + THREE.js + Soundcloud that allows you to visualize the sound waveform of an external track in sci-fi neon. You can download the video so it can be uploaded to YouTube. Its was well received on r/edmproduction
Long term am thinking about programmatically mixing tunes, or demoscene. This was a tech exploration to double check I can connect audio to video and download the results at some level. I think it’s a good place to start if you want to explore audio visuals. Observable really suits this kind of artistic coding.
