I am trying to create a heat map.
scale: {scheme: ‘orangered’, type: ‘log’}
Is there any reason why I can’t change the colour scheme but keeping the logarithmic type?
I’ve put scheme orangeade, but in the end it looks blues
Welcome to the forum alecarabo! I think you should be able to change the color scheme but keep the log type, yes; could you post a link to the notebook so we can see it not working? (You can “Enable link sharing” in the notebook menu in the upper right so we’ll be able to see it, or publish it publicly.)
Judging from your message, orangeade looks like a typo — I don’t think there’s a Vega-Lite color scheme by that name. Did you mean orangered? You can see a list of supported color schemes at the bottom of this page (linked to from the Scale docs that hellonearthis posted): Color Schemes | Vega
