Geo mark does not display geojson correctly

I can´t explain myself why the geojson in this notebook is not displayed correctly: Mieten in Gemeindeverbänden / RND | Observable

I think the geojson is already projected to planar coordinates. Instead of Mercator, try to use a projection type: "reflect-y", (or type: "identity",).
