I’m curious if I can call centroid points based on their row and column number and crop the corresponding circle for display/save.

I don’t entirely understand the question. Looks like you have the centroids, are you looking for a way get the circle radius? I’m not familiar with OpenCV, so I don’t think I can help with that specifically.
