# Observable looks unresponsive to me from few days

Observable looks unresponsive to me from few days, Here is the screenshot for reference.

What do you see when you visit this URL?

It should be a blank page, and if you view source, you’ll see something like this:
If you’re unable to view this page—for example if you see a gray page with a frowny face, as in your screenshot—then I suspect you either have an ad blocker (or other browser extension) preventing the page from loading, or some sort networking problem.
It’s also possible that a Chrome process has hung, in which case restarting your browser should fix the issue.

Visiting above URL give ERR\_CERT\_AUTHORITY\_INVALID error.
Viewing source gives as shown above by you. (attached screenshot in next post as I can only one img in one post.)
Restarting the browser doesn’t help.

One possible explanation is that your network is trying to intercept (MITM) your secure connection to Amazon; [observableusercontent.com](http://observableusercontent.com) is currently hosted on Amazon CloudFront. Unfortunately, I don’t think there’s anything we can do on our end to fix this issue.
What do you see when click on the ⚠ **Not Secure** in the address bar and then click on **Certificate**? If you expand the certificate details, you should see something like this:
