Is the source code for the notebook parser available?

I remember seeing a tweet from mbostock about this: [x.com](https://twitter.com/mbostock/status/1050459007859613696)

I ask because I want to embed editable observable cells in a project I’m working on.

In any case, thank you all for creating observable, I think it’s a great tool!
