# mobile: help submenu

Android Chrome and Firefox do not navigate to any of the links in the help submenu including to the forum, on a Galaxy S6edge+.
The submenu is shown when hovering over the help menu item but then seems to disappear when the touch point is moved away and before a submenu link can be activated/touched.

Does anybody have the same problem, or is it just me somehow ?

I have the same issue on iOS 13.7 Safari on iPhone 8. The help menu disappears when I tap on “Manual” or “Forums.”
