# Feature Request - Notifications

I think it’s time for Observable to introduce notifications for the user.

Right now when someone suggests something in a notebook (using fork =\> change =\> suggest ), notification cames as an email.

It’s possible to include likes in notifications as well

I think discourse is handling notifications placement well

So, when we click avatar, it’s possible to display settings at the top and notifications below
