I just noticed in https://observablehq.com/@observablehq/observables-favorite-notebooks-of-2020 that for each viewof cell not only the cell itself is rendered, but also its internal value Variable.
This is probably not intentional, is it?
By the way, this doesn’t happen if I select all cells individually.
