You would need to share your notebook to enable others to see it. Having said that, it does look from [this discussion](https://talk.observablehq.com/t/chatgpt-pasting-code/7731) that Chat GPT doesn’t generate Observable friendly Javascript. If you’re looking to implement Cellular Automata on Observable, you might have a look around the site to find a starting point. Google returns [quite a few hits](https://www.google.com/search?client=firefox-b-1-d&q=cellular+automata+site%3Aobservablehq.com#ip=1).
