# Bug: Cannot submit search form before suggestions are loaded

Steps:

- Focus search box and enter search phrase (e.g. “test”), followed by hitting enter

Expected result:

- After pressing enter I am redirected to the search result page.

Actual result:

- Pressing enter before suggestions start loading: no effect
- Pressing enter while suggestions load: closes suggestions, second enter inputs have no effect

Related (not sure if this is intentional): If the search box has focus the suggestions will close if the tab loses focus. Refocusing the tab will reload the suggestions.
